Jaedon Avey, PhD
Founding Partner
Jaedon Avey, PhD is a program analyst and psychologist with a history as an NIH-funded researcher, behavioral health clinician, and program evaluation consultant. Since earning a PhD in 2014, he has conducted prospective and retrospective research on varied health within a tribal community. As a principal investigator he provided scientific oversight and team mentorship on quantitative and qualitative projects. He continues to maintain his license as a clinical psychologist and LPC supervisor in Alaska. Most recently he has used his skills in analytics, SQL, R, DataRobot, and Tableau to develop reports, visualizations, and predictive models to aid timely decision-making by clinical leadership in a tribal health setting. These reports have directly improved clinical care and organizational metrics by moving beyond spreadsheets and ad hoc queries to automated data flows where possible. Dr. Avey’s clinical background, analytical skills, and collaborative work experience makes him the professional you need to facilitate your organization’s data journey.
